Frequently asked questions

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to Sydney Metropolitan, Illawarra, Central Coast, Hunter Valley and Newcastle regions. We can also deliver outside of these regions on request.

Can I track my deliveries?

Yes, you can track your deliveries in real-time through our client portal. We also send notifications to recipients with a tracking link.

Are goods insured while in transit?

Yes, all goods are insured with general insurance at no extra cost.

Do you offer pickup services?

Yes we do.

What is the payment structure?

For regular clients, invoices are sent on the 1st of each month for the previous month's deliveries. For one-off clients, the invoice is sent after the delivery is completed.
