Terms of Service

By booking or using IncaPost courier services, you (“client”) agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Provided
IncaPost (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides courier and last-mile delivery services, including same-day, next-day, and scheduled deliveries. Service availability may vary depending on location and circumstances.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Ensure parcels are securely packaged, labelled, and ready for collection.
- Provide accurate and complete delivery details.
- Do not send prohibited, dangerous, or unlawful items.
- All jobs from clients with Spoke Connect (formerly Circuit Client Portal) must be booked through Spoke Connect. Failure to do so (e.g. via phone, email or text) may result in a $10 booking fee per job.
- All one-off jobs must be booked through the job submission form.
3. Delivery & Attempted Delivery
- Deliveries are made to the address provided by the client.
- If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the parcel in a safe location, re-attempt delivery, or return to sender (additional fees may apply).
- Proof of delivery may include a signature, photo, or tracking confirmation.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
- Standard shipping is a consolidated service with a target delivery window of up to 2 business days after pickup.
- Priority shipping is a premium service targeting delivery within 24 hours of job submission.
Waiting time: A 15-minute waitinng period applies at pickup. Beyond this, the driver may proceed to the next job and these futile fees may be inccurred: $30 for jobs requiring the van and $80 requiring the truck.
4. Prohibited & Restricted Items
We do not carry cash, firearms, hazardous goods, or any goods prohibited by law. Sending such items may void our liability.
5. Fees & Payment
- Fees are charged according to our published rates or as quoted at the time of booking.
- Invoices must be paid within the stated terms.
- Late or failed payments may result in service suspension.
- All rates are all-inclusive of fuel levies and tolls for the specified zones.
- We determine the final job classification based on load weight and dimensions, and job urgency and destination.
6. Liability & Insurance
- We take reasonable care in handling all deliveries.
- Liability for loss or damage is limited to $100,000 per consignment unless additional insurance is arranged.
- We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our control (traffic, weather, accidents, strikes, etc.).
7. Service Discontinuation
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently discontinue service for any client we consider to be:
- Unprofessional or disrespectful toward our staff.
- Uncooperative or consistently difficult to work with.
- Acting in a way that conflicts with IncaPost’s values, policies, or service standards.
This may be done at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
8. Data & Privacy
We collect and use client information only for providing delivery services.
9. Amendments
We may update these terms at any time by publishing the revised version on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
