We provide a transparent, flat-rate price (incl. GST) with no hidden fuel or toll surcharges. Every job includes live tracking, proof of delivery (POD), and direct access to your dispatcher.
3. Direct, high-care delivery
Unlike standard couriers, we don't use sorting hubs. Your gear stays on one vehicle with one driver from pickup to drop-off, ensuring your assets—from e-bikes to IT racks—arrive safely and on time.

- We can deliver within 24 hours for priority deliveries. Standard deliveries are typically done within 2 days after pickup.

- Prices are all-inclusive. That includes GST, live tracking and proof of delivery (POD).
- How do I track my delivery?
- Every job includes a live tracking link sent via SMS and email to both you and the recipient. You’ll see exactly where your driver is in real-time.
- How does billing work?
- We offer transparent, flat-rate pricing with no hidden fuel levies. Invoices are issued monthly for high-volume B2B partners. One-off customers are billed once the delivery is complete.
