- What is the dedicated service?

An exclusive van or small truck for your job, on weekdays. It is for long and out-of-area trips, including interstate like Canberra, and for jobs the multi-drop run cannot do: a tight window, a two-person lift, or a load over a multi-drop cap.
- Van or small truck?

Choose a 2-tonne van or a 4.5-tonne small truck with a tail lift. The small truck suits truckloads and heavier jobs.
- How is the price worked out?

By hours and kilometres, not weight. Hours are $95 for a van or $125 for a small truck, with a 3 hour minimum. The quote includes up to 1 hour to load and unload, inside the 3 hour minimum. Handling past that hour is invoiced afterwards at the same hourly rate, in 15-minute increments. The first 100 km are included, then each extra kilometre is $1.60 for a van or $2.00 for a small truck. Prices include GST and tolls, with no fuel levy.
- How are hours and kilometres counted?

They are worked out from your pickup and delivery addresses, depot to depot: from the depot to pickup, on to delivery, and back to the depot.
- Do I need an offsider?

Only when the lift needs two people. You only pay for an offsider if you choose one: $65 an hour for the same billed hours as the driver.
- What about overnight jobs?
